It can be, but it’s not limited to career. She Moves supports any meaningful goal where follow-through matters.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. We start by helping you get specific enough to move.
How much time does this take?
Around 60 minutes per week. Consistency matters more than time. This is designed for women who don't have 'spare' time.
What if I fall off track? That’s expected. We plan for it and teach you how to get back on course without starting over.

After studying Criminology in Birmingham, I went to work in the corporate side of the NHS called commissioning. I became Head of Commissioning for Mental Health and felt like I had nailed ‘it’.
Then came parenthood, losing my mum, a little thing called Covid, secondary infertility, a number of NHS reorganisations and a growing niggle that I wanted to build something meaningful within a business of my own.
I am an Institute of Leadership and Management accredited coach and Associate in Leadership.
I've learnt that most women have something they want to achieve, to do, to create, to build, to grow but often we aren't shown or given the tools on how to move from A to B.
And I don't mean infrastructure e.g writing a CV, creating a website, doing a qualification, I mean the softer skills that move an idea to an outcome.
When was the last time someone asked you, 'What outcome do you want?' 'How will you know if you have achieved it?' 'What action will you take?' 'How will you hold yourself accountable?'

You don’t need to overhaul your life or have everything mapped out.
